Welcome to Curada Design Studio.

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of www.curada.design and the interior design consultation, curation, recommendation, sourcing, and related services provided by Nikki Chu Home Corp., doing business as Curada Design Studio (“Curada,” “Curada Design Studio,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing our website, purchasing a service, booking a consultation, or otherwise using our Services, you agree to these Terms.

  1. CURADA DESIGN STUDIO SERVICES

Curada Design Studio provides interior design-related services that may include:

  • Virtual interior design consultations
  • Designer-curated room concepts
  • Furniture, lighting, art, accessory, material, and décor recommendations
  • Product sourcing and recommendations
  • Room concepts and visual presentations
  • Color, material, and styling recommendations
  • Curated shopping selections
  • Interior design guidance
  • Other design-related services offered through the website

The exact scope of each Service will be described on the applicable booking or service page.

  1. DESIGN SERVICES ARE ADVISORY

Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, Curada Design Studio provides interior design concepts, recommendations, and aesthetic guidance.

Curada Design Studio does not provide architectural, engineering, structural, electrical, plumbing, construction, code-compliance, or other licensed professional services.

Clients are responsible for consulting appropriately licensed professionals, contractors, architects, engineers, electricians, plumbers, installers, or other specialists when required.

You are responsible for verifying dimensions, site conditions, installation requirements, building codes, product suitability, and other technical requirements before purchasing or installing recommended products.

  1. CLIENT-PROVIDED INFORMATION AND MEASUREMENTS

Curada Design Studio may rely upon measurements, photographs, floor plans, videos, descriptions, budgets, preferences, and other information supplied by you.

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided to Curada Design Studio is complete and accurate.

Curada Design Studio is not responsible for errors, incompatibilities, additional costs, returns, or installation issues resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information supplied by a client.

Unless expressly included in your purchased Service, Curada Design Studio does not independently field-verify measurements.

  1. CONSULTATION BOOKINGS

Consultations are reserved specifically for the client at the date and time selected during booking.

Payment is required according to the terms presented at the time of booking.

By booking a consultation, you agree to provide accurate contact information and to be reasonably prepared for the consultation at the scheduled time.

  1. 24-HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY

Consultations may be cancelled or rescheduled without penalty when notice is provided at least 24 hours before the scheduled consultation time.

Cancellation or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled consultation are non-refundable.

Failure to attend a scheduled consultation without providing at least 24 hours’ notice will be considered a missed appointment and the consultation fee will be forfeited.

  1. NO REFUNDS AFTER COMPLETED CONSULTATIONS

Once a consultation has occurred, all consultation fees are final and non-refundable.

The consultation fee compensates Curada Design Studio for the professional design expertise, creative direction, recommendations, time, and services provided during the scheduled consultation.

A client’s decision not to implement a recommendation, purchase a recommended product, or proceed with a design direction does not entitle the client to a refund.

  1. CONSULTATION TIME

Consultations are scheduled for the amount of time identified at booking.

Clients are responsible for joining the consultation on time.

A client’s late arrival does not automatically extend the scheduled consultation beyond its originally reserved ending time.

Additional consultation time may require the purchase or booking of an additional session.

  1. PRODUCT RECOMMENDATIONS

Curada Design Studio may recommend furniture, lighting, accessories, artwork, materials, décor, and other products offered by independent manufacturers, retailers, vendors, and artisans.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Curada Design Studio does not manufacture or control these products.

Product availability, dimensions, finishes, colors, specifications, inventory, lead times, pricing, shipping costs, promotions, warranties, and return policies may change without notice.

Clients are responsible for verifying product information directly with the retailer or manufacturer before purchasing.

  1. THIRD-PARTY PURCHASES

Purchases made from third-party retailers are transactions solely between you and the applicable retailer.

Curada Design Studio is not responsible for third-party:

  • Product defects or manufacturing variations
  • Damaged merchandise
  • Delayed or lost shipments
  • Backorders or discontinued merchandise
  • Price changes
  • Incorrect or incomplete orders
  • Returns or exchanges
  • Refunds
  • Warranties
  • Customer service
  • Installation
  • Product performance

Disputes concerning third-party products must be addressed directly with the applicable retailer or manufacturer.

  1. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY AND PRICING

Products discussed or recommended during a consultation may be available at the time of the consultation but become unavailable afterward.

Curada Design Studio cannot guarantee future inventory, availability, pricing, promotional pricing, lead times, or delivery dates.

If a recommended product becomes unavailable, Curada Design Studio is not automatically obligated to provide replacement sourcing unless that service is expressly included in the purchased Service or separately purchased.

  1. AFFILIATE RELATIONSHIPS

Curada Design Studio may participate in affiliate programs and may receive commissions, referral fees, or other compensation when users purchase products through certain links.

There is generally no additional charge to the customer for purchasing through an affiliate link.

Curada Design Studio’s receipt of an affiliate commission does not make Curada Design Studio the seller, manufacturer, distributor, or warrantor of the third-party product.

  1. RENDERINGS AND VISUAL REPRESENTATIONS

Any renderings, mood boards, images, room concepts, visual presentations, or similar materials provided by Curada Design Studio are intended to communicate a creative design vision.

They are not architectural or construction documents and are not guaranteed to depict exact dimensions, scale, color, texture, lighting, material appearance, construction details, or final installed conditions.

Actual products and completed spaces may differ from visual representations due to monitor settings, photography, lighting, manufacturing variations, site conditions, product substitutions, availability, installation, and other factors.

  1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All original content and creative materials appearing on or provided through Curada Design Studio are protected intellectual property belonging to Nikki Chu Home Corp., Curada Design Studio, and/or their respective licensors and creators.

Protected materials may include:

  • The Curada and Curada Design Studio names and branding
  • Logos and trademarks
  • Website design
  • Written content
  • Photography
  • Renderings
  • Room designs
  • Mood boards
  • Design concepts
  • Furniture arrangements
  • Curated collections
  • Product combinations
  • Graphics
  • Artwork
  • Videos
  • Presentations
  • Creative methodologies
  • Other original design materials

Except as expressly permitted, these materials may not be copied, reproduced, republished, distributed, sold, sublicensed, modified, commercially exploited, or used to create competing products or services without prior written authorization.

  1. PERSONAL USE OF DESIGN RECOMMENDATIONS

Design concepts and recommendations provided to a client are intended for that client’s personal project unless Curada Design Studio expressly agrees otherwise in writing.

Clients may implement recommendations and purchase recommended products for their own project.

Clients may not resell, redistribute, reproduce, commercially publish, license, or commercially exploit Curada Design Studio’s proprietary creative work.

  1. NO GUARANTEE OF DESIGN OUTCOME

Interior design is subjective, and results depend upon numerous factors outside Curada Design Studio’s control.

Curada Design Studio does not guarantee that implementation of recommendations will produce an exact visual result or that every recommendation will meet every client’s subjective preference after implementation.

Final results may be affected by site conditions, contractors, installation, client purchasing decisions, substitutions, lighting, product availability, budget, and other circumstances.

  1. USER CONDUCT

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for unlawful purposes
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to Curada Design Studio systems
  • Copy or scrape Curada Design Studio content for commercial purposes
  • Reproduce or resell our designs
  • Systematically extract website content using automated technologies without authorization
  • Interfere with website security or functionality
  • Misrepresent Curada Design Studio content as your own
  • Infringe our intellectual property rights

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability relating to a purchased Service will not exceed the amount actually paid to Curada Design Studio for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.
