A Healthcare Voluntary Benefits Association (HVBA) Hall of Fame inductee, Dan has built his reputation on transforming theoretical concepts into operational, scalable benefit programs that serve millions of Americans. His deep relationships with national brokerages, TPAs, and distribution partners position Prime Benefit Group at the forefront of benefit innovation.
Dan’s vision for PBG stems from firsthand experience: watching talented employers struggle to offer meaningful healthcare to hourly workers while remaining competitive, and seeing employees delay critical care because traditional plans were designed for salaried workers with predictable income and savings.
35 Years Building Distribution and National Scale
David Broitman brings 35 years of insurance sales and management expertise from premier carriers including Chubb, AIG, and Transamerica. His entrepreneurial spirit led him to found a national internet health insurance agency, where he developed the operational infrastructure and distribution strategies that would become the blueprint for Prime Benefit Group.
David’s unique strength lies in translating complex insurance products into accessible solutions for diverse markets. His experience building enrollment platforms, managing national distribution networks, and scaling operations across all 50 states provides PBG with the execution framework required to deliver on ambitious growth targets.
Together with Dan, David has invested years developing the proprietary partnerships, intellectual property, and operational infrastructure that make PBG not a startup, but a fully operational company ready for exponential growth.
